Now that Visual Studio 2008 has shipped, lots of people are digging into the LINQ for SQL toolset. Too bad LINQ for SQL is really a tool just for quick projects or prototypes. Microsoft has a grown-up solution that will appeal to mature projects and enterprise developers called the Entity Framework.
